As the frequencies intensify, It is bringing all that does not serve Light, to the Forefront to be cleared and released. Many changes are occurring within as without. The storm is getting more and more intense.
As you navigate these energies, remember to have patience, Introspection, and self-care. This is a time to rejuvenate and align with the Frequencies of Light. As chaos persists around you, know that you are shielded from the Storm if you focus the intent. The Light within, and that which surrounds you, also supports and protects you. It can shield you from incoming negative vibrations, that can hinder your progression with your ascension. Amidst the chaos, the Light acts as a protective shield, enveloping you in its nurturing embrace. By focusing your intent, you can harness the power of this Light to shield yourselves from negative vibrations that may impede your spiritual evolution.
The power of the Light has many benefits to help assist you on this journey. Even though the Higher Frequencies of Light will cause all darkness to surface. It also dissolves the negative that is released, for you to be able to progress through your ascension.
The Light is also the Base for all healing. For your bodies to be healed from ailments or disease, one must become balanced within higher vibrations. The Light then works to rejuvenate and renew your energies and cleanse negative vibrations of any damage or disease, resulting in a divine healing process.
